The steps

Send us your details, your tenancy, and who will support the rent.

We confirm your identity and check the documents you provide.

Assess
We review financial strength — yours and, where relevant, your sponsor's.

Decide
We confirm your guarantee, usually within 48 hours.
- 05
Guarantee
We sign as your guarantor so you can secure your home.
What you'll need
- Passport or national ID
- University offer, CAS, or student ID
- Your property and tenancy details
- Financial evidence — yours or your sponsor's
- Sponsor details, if a parent or family member supports your rent
